NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIAN
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 25.109/6/2, KIRKHAM ABBEY, WHITWELL-ON-THE-HILL) ORDER 2016 NO 220 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using the Public Footpath 25.109/6/2, Kirkham Abbey, Whitwell-On-The-Hill, between grid references SE731658 and SE733657, in the District of Ryedale, | for a temporary period of 6 months between 17th May 2016 and 16th November 2016 (subject to access to premises), due to potential danger to the public - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
