TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL VEHICLES, HORSES, CYCLISTS AND PEDESTRIANS
(U8006, LOWNA TO DALESIDE ROAD) ORDER 2016 NO 217
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the U8006, Lowna | To Daleside Road, between grid references SE468584 491031 and SE 468094 494469, in the District of Ryedale for a temporary period of 18 months between 11th May 2016 and 10th November 2017. In addition the order will prohibit any vehicles, horses, cyclists and pedestrians from using the southern section of the road, between grid references SE468611 491258 and 468571 491862 (subject to access to premises), due to damage caused by I excessive and inappropriate use of the track - the closure | period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
