TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE RYEDALE DISTRICT) ORDER 2016 NO 131
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the following roads in the Ryedale District;
Back Lane, Settrington
Westside Road, Gillamoor
Blue Hill, Whitwell on the Hill
Cooper Cross to Cold Kirby
Mill Lane, Birdsall
Malton Road, Yedingham
Moor Lane, Spaunton
Weaverthorpe to Butterwick, Weaverthorpe
Duggleby Wold Road to Low Road, Duggleby
Cowhouse Bank, Carlton
Harome Heads Lane, Harome
Greets Hill, Acklam
Thrussendale to Acklam Wold, Acklam Hawnby to Mcdougall Plantation, Hawnby Headlands Road, Appleton Le Moors
for a temporary period of 5 days between 1st April 2016 and 30th September 2017 (subject to access to premises), due to carriageway surfacing works - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
