APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(3) OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2015 & NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 22 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY
PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2011
SUBMISSION OF FURTHER AND/OR OTHER ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Proposed development on land at KMA Wellsite, Alma Farm, off Habton Road, Kirby Misperton, North Yorkshire (Application ref. no. NY/2015/0233/ENV (C3/15/00971/CPO) (dated 29 July 2015)
I give notice that Third Energy UK Gas Limited, having made an application to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission to hydraulically stimulate and test the various geological formations previously identified during the 2013 KM8 drilling operation, followed by the production of gas from one or more of these formations into the existing production facilities, followed by wellsite restoration. Plant and machinery to be used includes a work over rig (maximum height 37m) hydraulic fracture equipment, coil tubing unit, wire line unit, well testing equipment, high pressure flow line, temporary flow line pipe supports, permanent high pressure flow line and permanent pipe supports, has submitted further and/or other information pursuant to the above-mentioned Regulations. This further and/or other information (submitted on 5 February 2016) is made in relation to the Environmental Statement which has already been provided to accompany the above-mentioned planning application.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the further and/or other information at Ryedale District Council, Planning Department, Ryedale House, Malton, North Yorkshire during all reasonable hours until 16 March 2016 (nb. this may require a prior appointment) or online at www.northyorks.gov.uk
Members of the public may obtain copies of the further and/or other information from Third Energy UK Gas Limited, Knapton Generating Station, East Knapton, Malton North Yorkshire YO17 8JF at a charge of £25 (paper copy) or £15 for a CD containing the further and/or other information.
