TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(KIRKHAM ABBEY LEVEL CROSSING) ORDER 2016 NO 83
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Kirkham Abbey Level Crossing, Blue Hill, Whitwell-on-the-Hill, in the District of Ryedale, for a temporary period of 5 days, on two separate occasions, between 5th March 2016 and 4th September 2017 (subject to access to premises), due to essential track maintenance - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
