NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
(A169 MALTON BYPASS TO HOWE BRIDGE) ORDER 2016 NO 50 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order to prohibit any vehicle from exceeding 30 mph along the A169, Malton bypass to Howe Bridge and Eden House Road (from its junction with the A169 for approx. 300 metres), in the District of Ryedale, for a maximum duration of 18 months, between 8th February 2016 and 7th August 2017. (However, it is envisaged that the restriction will be in force for 6 months) due to the construction of a new roundabout.
