NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION
(A169 MALTON BYPASS TO HOWE BRIDGE) ORDER 2016 NO 50
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from exceeding 30 mph along the A169, Malton bypass to Howe Bridge, in the District of Ryedale, for a maximum duration of 18 months, between 8th February 2016 and 7th August 2017. (However, it is envisaged that the restriction will be in force for 6 months) due to the construction of a new roundabout. The restriction will be put into effect by notices and signs.
