PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A LISTED BUILDING WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA

Proposed development at Hovingham C of E Primary School, Main Street, Hovingham, North Yorkshire, YO62 4LF.
I give notice that The Corporate Director, Children and Young People's Services is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for installation of metal snow guards and stone repairs to external elevations.
In the opinion of the County Planning Authority, the proposal affects Hovingham C of E Primary School, Main Street, Hovingham, North Yorkshire, YO62 4LF, a building which has been listed as of special architectural or historic interest.
The part of Hovingham within which the proposed development is situated has been designated a Conservation Area under the above Act as the area is of special architectural or historic interest the character of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.
Members of the public mayview the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Ryedale District Council, Planning Department, Ryedale House, Malton, North Yorkshire during all reasonable hours until 23rd December 2015. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk
