Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence Name of applicant: Co-operative Group Food Ltd Address of Premises: Co-operative, 59 Champleys Mews, Pickering, YO18 7DG. The premises currently has the benefit of a Premises Licence number LN/20050626.The purpose of this application is to vary the hours when licensable activities may take place from Monday-Saturday 07:00-23:00 and Sunday10:00-22:30 to Monday-Sunday 06:00-23:00.The licensable activity is the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises. In all other respects the licence will remain the same. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so by 10th December 2015. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during normal office hours but by appointment only. All representations regarding this application MUST BE IN WRITING and sent to: Licensing Team, Ryedale District Council, Old Malton Road, Malton, North Yorkshire YO17 7ZG or www.ryedale.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to maximum fine of £5,000 on summary conviction for the offence.
