RE: GRAHAM SCURR DECEASED

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Graham Scurr late of Hill Top Cottage, Stonegrave, York YO62 4LJ who died on the 2nd day of September 2014 and Letters of Administration to whose Estate were granted by the Newcastle-upon-Tyne District Probate Registry on 29th December 2014 to Denis Johnson the Administrator of the said Estate is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the solicitor for the said Administrator on or before the 20th day of January 2016 after which date the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had Notice Dated this 11th day of November 2015 Drivers Solicitors of 5c Market Street, Malton, North Yorkshire YO17 7LY Solicitor for the said Administrator
