NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr Rory Craig Queen, Chapter Two, 5 Market Place, Malton, YO17 7LP. Application has been made on the 26th October 2015 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:- 1) The supply of alcohol 09:00 until 23:00 hours each day. On all Bank holidays, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Years Eve until 00:00 hours. 2) The premises to be open to the public 09:00 until 23:30 hours each day. On all Bank holidays, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Years Eve until 00:30 hours. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 23rd november 2015) It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
