The Moorside Bar and Club Limited, The Moorside Bar and Club Limited, Adela Shaw Site, Shaw Drive, Kirkbymoorside, YO62 6JE Application has been made on the 12th of October 2015 for a Club Premises Certificate under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1. The provision of live music, recorded music and anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performance of dance Sunday to Thursday between the hours of 10:00 and 23:00, Friday and Saturday between 10:00 and 00:00.On Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Years Eve between 10:00 and 02:00 and on 12 occasions per year between 10:00 and 01:00 hours. 2. The provision of plays daily between the hours of 10:00 and 23:00 hours. 3. The supply of alcohol each day between the hours of 10:00 and 01:00. On Christmas Eve and Boxing Day between 10:00 and 02:00 hours. On New Years Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day. 4. The hours the Club premises are open to the members and guests each day between the hours of 09:30 and 01:30. On Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Years Eve hours as for the supply of alcohol with additional 30 minutes drinking up time. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 9th of November 2015). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
