NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF A DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER WILDLIFE & COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

FORMER NORTH RIDING OF YORKSHIRE DEFINITIVE
MAP AND STATEMENT
PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 25.45/16, HELMSLEY, RYEDALE MODIFICATION ORDER 2013
On 16 September 2015, the Secretary of State confirmed the above named Order.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map by adding footpath 25.45/16 between SE 6132 8373 on Bridge Street and SE 6148 8373 on Pottergate via Meeting House Court and the Arts Centre.
A copy of the order as confirmed and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Helmsley Library, North Yorkshire until 11 November 2015. Copies of the Order and Map may be purchased there at a cost of £2.
The Order comes into force on 16 September 2015, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under Schedule 12 to the Act, within six weeks from 30 September 2015, make an application to the High Court.
