Notice of Transfer of Shares From Untraceable Members York Citizens Theatre Trust Limited (“the Company”) (Company Number 317560) St. Leonards Place, Theatre Royal, York YO1 7HD

In accordance with Article 10.1 of the Articles of Association of the Company (“Articles”), the Company hereby gives notice that it intends to transfer the shares of certain members of the Company from whom the Company has not had contact for a period of two years prior to the date of publication of this advertisement and whom the Company believes cannot (or their successors in title cannot) be traced without expenditure disproportionate to the nominal value of the member’s shareholding in the Company (“Untraceable Members”). In the event that the Company has not received any communication from Untraceable Members within 21 days of the date of this advertisement, the Company will transfer any such shares to existing Governors of the Company at nominal value. Any Untraceable Member or successor in title wishing to object to such a transfer should notify the Company at its registered office immediately and in any event reaching the Company prior to 5.00 pm on 21st October 2015. A list of the Untraceable Members, together with a copy of the Articles, is available for inspection at the Company’s registered office between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, until 5.00 pm on 21st October 2015.
