(20 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) (SETTRINGTON VILLAGE) ORDER 2015
NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 20 miles per hour on any length of road within the zone specified in the table below.

NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and 2(4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle in excess of 13 tonnes maximum gross weight from proceeding along so much of the C181 as passes over Kirkham Bridge, Kirkham.
(40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (DUGGLEBY VILLAGE) ORDER 2015
NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 miles per hour on any length of road specified in the table below.

Copies of the draft Orders, together with maps showing the roads affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make each of the Orders may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Malton Library, St Michael Street, Malton, North Yorkshire YO17 7LJ during normal office hours from 16 September 2015 to 9 October 2015 and also viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/notices.
