NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Miss Samantha Gill Terrington Village Store, Main Street, Terrington, York, YO60 6PP Application has been made on the 10th of August 2015 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:- 1) The supply of alcohol (on and off sales) each day between the hours of 06:30 and 18:00. At pre-arranged events alcohol supply until 23:00 hours. 2) The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 08:30 and 18:00. At pre-arranged events until 23:00 hours. A record of this application may be insepcted within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 7th of September 2015). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
