EMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 25.70/4/1, NORTON, RYEDALE) ORDER 2015 NO 224
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using the Public Footpath 25.70/4/1, Norton between grid references SE77667056 and SE77697063 in the District of Ryedale for a temporary period of 10 days from 27.07.15 (subject to access to premises) between 27.07.15 and 26.01.16, to connect a new sewer pipe for Yorkshire Water under the footpath, part of a scheme to drill 2 new sewers under the river as the existing pipes have collapsed - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
