VALE OF PICKERING INTERNAL DRAINAGE BOARD NOTICE OF DIFFERENTIAL RATING ORDER 2015

Land Drainage Act 1991: Section 38(1)(a) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Vale of Pickering Internal Drainage Board has made and submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, for confirmation by her an Order under Section 38(1)(a) of the Land Drainage Act 1991 to make a Differential Rating Order. DURING A PERIOD OF ONE MONTH from the date of publication of this Notice a copy of the said 2015 Order including a copy of the map delineating the sub-districts will be deposited at the office of the Clerk to the Board at 15 Market Place, Malton, YO17 7LP and will be open to public inspection between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm on any weekday (except Saturday). ANY REPRESENTATIONS in respect of this Order may be made to Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs, Flood Risk Management, Area 3C Nobel House, 17 Smith Square, London SW1P 3JR at any time within the said period of one month.
