NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr Cedric Lawson, Pickering Showground, Malton Road, Pickering, YO18 8EA. Application has been made on the 22nd June 2015 for a Licence for the above Premises under the above Act for the Pickering Traction Engine Rally from the 28th July to 2nd August 2015 as follows:- 1. The Provision of Live music on Thursday and Friday between the hours of 09:00-23:00, Saturday between 09:00 and 23:30 and Sunday beween 09:00 and 17:30. 2. The Provision of Recorded music on Wednesday between the hours of 15:00-23:00, Thursday and Friday between 09:00-23:00, Saturday between 09:00-23:30 and Sunday between 09:00 and 17:30 . 3. Performance of dance on Thursday between the hours of 10:00-17:30, Friday between 10:00-23:00, Saturday between 10:00-23:30 and Sunday between 10:00-17:30. 4. Late Night Refreshment on Friday between the hours of 23:00-23:30 and Saturday between 23:00-00:00. 5. Supply of Alcohol on Tuesday and Wednesday between the hours of 15:00-23:00, Thursday between 11:00-23:00, Friday between 11:00-23:30, Saturday between 11:00-00:00 and Sunday between 11:00-22:30. NB premises open to the public Thursday-Sunday only. 6. Premises open to the public on Thursday between the hours of 10:00-23:00, Friday between 10:00-23:30, Saturday between 10:00-00:00 and Sunday between 10:00-22:30. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department , Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (i.e. by the 20th of July 2015) It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
