Proposed development at: KMA Wellsite, Alma Farm, Kirby Misperton, North Yorkshire I give notice that: Third Energy UK Gas Limited Is applying to: North Yorkshire County Council For planning permission to: HYDRAULICALLY STIMULATE AND TEST THE VARIOUS GEOLOGICAL FORMATIONS PREVIOUSLY IDENTIFIED DURING THE KM8 DRILLING OPERATION AND SUBSEQUENT ANALYSIS OF THE DATA, FOLLOWED BY THE PRODUCTION OF GAS FROM ONE OR MORE OF THESE FORMATIONS VIA THE EXISTING KM8 WELL INTO THE EXISTING PRODUCTION FACILITIES Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Racecourse Lane, Northallerton, DL7 8AH, between 17th June 2015 and 1st July 2015***. Members of the public may inspect copies of: - The application - The plans - And other documents submitted with it following validation of the application by North Yorkshire County Council at: North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Racecourse Lane, Northallerton, DL7 8AH during office hours or via the online planning register: https://onlineplanningregister.northyorks.gov.uk/register/ after 19th June 2015 (anticipated application submission date). Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to North Yorkshire County Council at the address shown above within the consultation period which will be set out by North Yorkshire County Council following validation of the planning application.
