NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Black Swan (Yorkshire) Limited.The Black Swan Hotel, Market Place, Helmsley, YO62 5BJ. Application has been made on the 8th June 2015 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows:- 1) To extend the areas for the sale and consumption of alcohol to include the external areas of the premises as shown on the new plan. 2) To add and extend the following forms of regulated entertainment to the premises licence :-live music(each day 10:00 to 00:00 hours), recorded music, performance of dance and anything of a similar description to that of live music, recorded music and performance of dance(10:00 to 01:00) each day. 3) To provide Late Night refreshment each day between the hours of 23:00 and 01:00. 4) To increase the hours for the sale of alcohol to each day between the hours of 10:00 and 01:00. 5) To permit the premises to be open to the public each day between 10:00 and 01:30 hours. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 6th of July 2015).
