P & MA Smith Limited Number 5 Eastgate, Pickering, YO18 7DU Application has been made on the 1st June 2015 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1.The supply of alcohol (off sales only) each day between the hours of 07:00 and 22:00. 2.The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours 07:00 and 22:00. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of this application shown above (ie by the 29th of June 2015). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessley make a false staement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
