PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the Ryedale District Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 26th May 2015. Applicant: Martin McColl Limited. Address of premises: Mccolls, I Milton Avenue, Malton, YO17 7LB. Proposed
variation to the licensable activities:
Remove the seasonal restrictions on the sale of alcohol hours and extend the sale of alcohol hours to 06:00 hours to 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday for consumption off the premises/The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application maybe inspected is: "licensing Team, Ryedale District Council, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, North Yorkshire, YOI7 7ZG. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the natureand grounds for making such
representations to The Licensing Offcer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice -by the 23 June 2015. Further information is available on the website http://www.ryedale.gov.uk  following the links.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowinglyor recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
