NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Moonlight Movies Limited Moonlight Drive In Cinema, Pickering Showground, Malton Road, Pickering, YO18 8EA. Application has been made on the 26th of May 2015 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:- 1) The provision of regulated entertainment (the showing of Films) each day between the hours of 16:00 and 01:00. 2) The provision of late night refreshment each day between the hours of 23:00 and 01:00. 3) The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 16:00 and 01:00. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 23rd of June 2015). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
