NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Mrs Sarah Thompson Cafe Cocoa, 6 Smiddy Hill, Pickering, YO18 6AU. Application has been made on the 18th of May 2015 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:- 1) The supply of alcohol (on sales only) each day between the hours of 10:00 and 20:00. 2) The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 10:00 and 20:00. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 15th of June 2015). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
