Notice under the Licensing Act 2003

The committee of Pickering Recreation Club. Pickering Recreation Ground, Mill Lane, Pickering, North Yorkshire, YO18 7DB. Application has been made on the 1st May 2015 for a Premises Licence under the above Act for a premises licence for an annual event as follows: 1. The provision of live music, recorded music and the supply of alcohol on a Saturday in July between the hours of 12.00 and 22.00. 2. Premises open to the public on a Saturday in July between the hours of 12.00 and 23.00. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 29th of May 2015) It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
