NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2010
NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13

Proposed development at KMA Wellsite, Alma Farm, Kirby Misperton, North Yorkshire (application ref. no.NY/2015/0116/FUL).
I give notice that Third Energy UK Gas Limited is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the purpose of the installation of up to five (5) water monitoring boreholes comprising three shallow boreholes (approximately 10 metres in depth) within the KM8 Wellsite, one intermediate borehole (approximately 50 metres in depth) and one deep borehole (approximately 220 metres in depth) within the adjoining
KM1 Wellsite.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Ryedale District Council, Planning Department, Ryedale House, Malton, North Yorkshire during all reasonable hours until 13 May 2015. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit.
The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk
