TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(C20, MARTON) ORDER 2015 NO 116
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1)
(as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along C20, Marton, in the District of Ryedale due to carriageway repairs and the installation of traffic calming features.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 04.05.15 until 03.11.16 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken from 04.05.15 for 4 weeks. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
