The supply of alcohol (on and off sales) each day between the hours of 10:00 and 22:00. Internet sales 24 hours per day. 2.The premises to be open to the public each day between 10:00 and 22:00. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 6th of May 2015). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
