NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Flamingoland Limited Leisure Centre Bar (formerly Ocean bar), Flamingoland, Kirbymisperton, Malton, YO17 6UX. Application has been made on the 16th March 2015 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows:- 1) To vary the licensing plan to reflect changes to the layout of the premises as per new plan submitted to the licensing authority. 2) To extend the area for the sale and consumption of alcohol and other regulated entertainment to include the external areas of the premises as shown on the plan. 3) To provide regulated entertainment (live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performance of dance) and supply of alcohol each day between the hours of 10:00 and 00:00. 4) To provide Late Night refreshment each day between the hours of 23:00 and 00:00. 5) To permit the premises to be open to the public each day between 10:00 and 00:30 hours. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 13th of April 2015). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
