Notice of the Publication of the Ryedale Community Infrastructure Levy Draft Charging Schedule (Regulation 16) Ryedale District Council has prepared a Community Infrastructure Levy Draft Charging Schedule which it intends to submit for examination. This Draft Charging Schedule is a revision to the Draft Charging Schedule that the District Council published in 2014. The District Council is inviting representations on the revised Draft Charging Schedule from Wednesday 4th March 2015 – Wednesday 15th April 2015.. In accordance with the Regulations, the District Council has made available for inspection: - The Community Infrastructure Levy Draft Charging Schedule - Relevant evidence to support the Draft Charging Schedule These documents can be viewed at the following web-site: www.ryedaleplan.org.uk Paper copies are also available to view at the District Council Offices, Ryedale House, Old Maltongate, Malton, YO17 7HH (9.00 am – 4.00pm Monday –Friday) Representations must be received no later than 4.00pm on Wednesday 15th April 2015 and should be sent: by email to cil@ryedale.gov.uk or by post to: Jill Thompson, Forward Planning, Ryedale District Council, Ryedale House, Old Maltongate, Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 7HH. A representation form is available and can be downloaded from the web-site www.ryedaleplan.org.uk or on request by emailing cil@ryedale.gov.uk Persons making representations may request the right to be heard by the examiner and representations may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of any of the following- - That the draft charging schedule has been submitted to the examiner - The publication of the recommendations of the examiner and reasons for those recommendations - The approval of the charging schedule by the charging authority
