I give notice that Fenstone Quarries Limited is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the application for the variation of condition no. 3 of Planning Permission Reference No. C8/45/13AE/PA which relates to the duration of development to allow for an extension of time to recover the remaining Mineral Reserves until 31 December 2019.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Ryedale District Council, Planning Department, Ryedale House, Malton, North Yorkshire during all reasonable hours until 25 February 2015. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit.
