NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Jollydays Luxury Camping Limited Jollydays, Buttercrambe Moor Wood, Stamford Bridge Road, Nr Buttercrambe, York, YO41 1AP Application has been made on the 2nd February 2015 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:- 1) The supply of alcohol (off sales only) each day between the hours of 9:00 and 21:00. 2) The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 9:00 and 21:00 A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licencing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 2nd of March 2015). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5000.
