Notice of making of a Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order Highways Act 1980 Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 North Yorkshire County Council Footpath No. 25.24/7, Potter Hill Farm, Coulton Diversion Order 2014

The above Order, made on 16 December 2014, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public footpath described below and modify The Eastern Part of the County of the Former North Riding of Yorkshire Definitive Map and statement accordingly.

The section of footpath commencing at Grid Reference SE6240 7315 and running generally east-north-east through Potter Hill Farm to Grid Reference SE62677328, shall bedivertedontoa morenortherlyroute aroundPotterHill Farm via SE6252 7323.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Easingwold Library, YO61 3AN North Yorkshire until 18 February2015. Copies ofthe Order and map may be purchased there at a cost of £2.00, or can be downloaded free from our website www.northyorks.gov.uk/pathnotices.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to AndyHunter, North Yorkshire CountyCouncil, CountyHall, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL7 8AD notlater than 18February2015. Please state the grounds on which theyare made.
Please note that objections/representations cannot be treated as confidential and may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sentwith the Order.
