Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 Regulation 24 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012

The Helmsley Plan Notice of Examination In accordance with Regulation 24 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, Ryedale District Council and the North York Moors National Park Authority hereby give notice that the independent Examination into the above-mentioned Development Plan Document will open on Tuesday 3 March 2015 at 10.00am. The Examination will be held at the National Park Offices, The Old Vicarage, Bondgate, Helmsley, York, YO62 5BP. The Secretary of State has appointed Inspector Patrick Whitehead DipTP MRTPI from the Planning Inspectorate to conduct the Examination.
