NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr William Patrick Mowbray Vinehouse Cafe, Helmsley Walled Garden, Helmsley, YO62 5AH Application has been made on the 15th December 2014 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:- 1) The supply of alcohol (on and off sales) each day between the hours of 10:00 and 23:00 2) The provision of plays, live music, recorded music, anything of a similar description to that of live music, recorded music or performance of dance each day between the hours of 10:00 and 23:00. 3) The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 10:00 and 23:30 A record of this application may be inspected within Ryedale District Council kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (i.e. by the 12th of January 2015) It is an offence to knowingley or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
