Notice of the making of a definitive map modification order
NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981 the eastern part of the former North riding of Yorkshire definitive map and statement and the district of hambleton (outside the North Yorks Moors National Park) definitive map and statement Footpath 25.85/27 sheriff hutton and Footpath 10.35/11 (Part) Dalby-Cum-skewsby Modification order 2014

The above Order, made on 12 November 2014, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by deleting footpath 25.85/27 from the definitive map in Terrington parish and adding footpath 25.85/27 to the definitive map in Sheriff Hutton parish. Footpath 10.35/11 will be modified to suit the new alignment of footpath 25.85/27.
A copy of the order as made and the Order Map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Malton Library, YO17 7LJ, North Yorkshire until 14 January 2015. Copies of the Order and Map may be purchased from Waste & Countryside Services, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 8AD (tel: 01609 532512) at a cost of £2.00, or can be downloaded free from our website www.northyorks.gov.uk/pathnotices. Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to "Russell Varley, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 8AD", no later than 14 January 2015, stating the grounds on which it is made. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or to any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State or part of it if the Authority has by notice to the Secretary of State so elected under paragraph 5 of Schedule 15 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 may itself confirm the Order or that part of the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, in whole or in part, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
