NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Flamingoland Limited, Mansion House & Tearooms, Flamingoland, Kirbymisperton, Malton, YO17 6UX. Application has been made on the 3rd November 2014 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows:- 1)To vary the licensing plan to reflect changes to the layout of the premises as per new plan submitted to the licensing authority. 2)To extend the area for the sale and consumption of alcohol and other regulated entertainment to include the external areas of the premises as shown on the plan. 3)To provide regulated entertainment and supply alcohol each day between the hours of 10.00 and 01.00. For weddings and other per-arranged events each day between 10.00 and 02.00 hours. 4)To provide Late Night refreshment each day between the hours of 23.00 and 01.00. For weddings and other pre-arranged events each day between 23.00 and 02.00 hours. 5)To permit the premises to be open to the public each day between 10.00 and 01.30 hours. For weddings and other pre-arranged events each day between 10.00 and 02.30 hours. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale Distict Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the application shown above (ie by the 1st December 2014). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
