(20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (MEADOWFIELD/CHERRY TREE WALK, AMOTHERBY) ORDER 2014 NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 20 miles per hour on any length of road specified in the table below.

A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Malton Library, St Michael Street, Malton, North Yorkshire YO17 7LJ during normal office hours from 8 October 2014 to 31 October 2014.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection, in writing addressed to "Area 4 Kirby Misperton Highways Office, Beansheaf Industrial Park, Tofts Road, Kirby Misperton, Malton, North Yorkshire YO17 6BG" or by e-mail (area4.kirbymisperton@northyorks.gov.uk) by 31 October 2014.
