(PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PROVISION OF PARKING) (DISTRICT OF RYEDALE) (AMENDMENT NO 2) ORDER 2014
NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Ryedale) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified in the table below-

NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (C20, MARTON) ORDER 2014
NOTICEisherebygiventhatNorthYorkshireCountyCouncilproposestomakeanOrderunderSections84(1)and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 miles per hour on the length of road specified in the table below.

Copies of the draft Orders, together with maps showing the roads affected and statements of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Kirkbymoorside Library, Church House, 7 High Market Place, Kirkbymoorside, York YO62 6AT during normal office hours from 8 October 2014 until 31
October 2014.
If you wish to object to the proposed Orders, you should send the grounds for your objection, in writing, addressed to "Area 4 Kirby Misperton Highways Office, Beansheaf Industrial Park, Tofts Road, Kirby Misperton, Malton, North Yorkshire YO17 6BG" or by e-mail (area4.kirbymisperton@northyorks.gov.uk) by 31 October 2014.
