(20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (THE TERRACE, OSWALDKIRK) ORDER 2014

NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from driving at a speed exceeding 20 miles per hour on the length of road specified in the table below.

A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the road affected and a statement of the Council's
reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Helmsley Library, Town Hall, Helmsley, York YO62 5BL during normal office hours from 10 September 2014 to 3 October 2014.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection, in writing addressed to "Area 4 Kirby Misperton Highways Office, Beansheaf Industrial Park, Tofts Road, Kirby Misperton, Malton, North Yorkshire YO17 6BG" or by e-mail (area4.kirbymisperton@northyorks.gov.uk) by 3 October
2014.
