Angus Pearsall Alexander-Deceased.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of The Trustee Act 1925. That any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Angus Pearsall Alexander late of Seeview, Swineherd Lane, Kirbymoorside, YO62 6LR who died on 10th May 2014 and whose will appointed Simon Alexander and Linda Alexander of 18 Avenue Road, Scarborough, YO12 5JX to be the executors thereof are required to send particulars in writing of their claim to the executors by the 7th November 2014, after which date the executors will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
