NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS)
(VARIOUS FOOTPATHS, MALTON) ORDER 2014 NO 313
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order, which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along North-Eastern Footway, Wentworth Street and North-Western Footway, Princess Road, Malton, in the District of Ryedale due to the erection of a scaffold for building roofing works.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 18.08.14 until 31.12.14 inclusive and it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken over 6 weeks within the above timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times.
