NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 28th of July 2014 Sherburn Playing Fields Association applied to Ryedale District Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of the premises Sherburn Playing Fields, Vicarage Lane, Sherburn Malton, YO17 8PL. The proposed variation is:-
1) To extend the area for the consumption of alcohol to include the external areas of the premises as shown on the attached plan.
2) To include the off sales of alcohol from the premises.
3)On New Years only to extend the hours for the supply of alcohol from 11:00 until 01:00
4)On New Years Eve only to extend the hours the premises are open to the public from 11:00 until 01:30. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:-Ryedale District Council, Licensing Team, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7HH no later than the 25th of August 2014 stating the grounds for representation.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
