OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION FOR THE WINNING AND WORKING OF MINERALS BY UNDERGROUND OPERATIONS.
( to be posted in the case of an application for planning permission for development Consisting of the winning and working of minerals by underground operations (in Addition to the service or publication of any other requisite notices in this Schedule) Proposed development at Ebbertson Moor South Wellsite, Ebbertson Common Lane, Snainton, Scarborough, YO13 OLW; Knapton Generating Station, East Knapton, Malton, YO17 8JF, and Inter-connecting pipeline from Wellsite to the Knapton Generating Station. I give notice that Third Energy UK Gas Limited and Moorland Energy Limited is applying to the North Yorkshire County Council & North York Moors National Park Authority for planning permission to Undertake Natural gas production from the existing Ebbertson Moor South Wellsite, the drilling of a borehole for water production and re-injection, the construction of a 13.9km 12" diameter underground pipeline from the Ebbertson Moor South Wellsite to the Knapton Generating Station at East Knapton, Malton and construction of ancillary works at the Generating Station. Members of the public may inspect copies of: the application the plans and other documents submitted with it at North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton DL7 8AH or North Yorks Moor National Park Authority, Bondgate, Helmsley, York, YO62 5BP, during all reasonable hours after 01.08.2014 (The proposed planning application submission date).
