(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (VARIOUS LOCATIONS, RYEDALE AREA)
ORDER 2014 NO 299 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the following locations in the District of Ryedale due to carriageway repair works: -

The maximum duration of the Order will be from 11/08/14 until 31/03/15 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken over various timescales, typically one - two weeks duration at each location in the above time frame. The closures will be put into effect by notices and signs and local alternative routes (where available) will be signed on site.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
