NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (INGS LANE, KIRKBYMOORSIDE) ORDER 2014 NO 249 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Ings Lane, Kirkbymoorside, in the District of Ryedale due to protection of workforce and travelling public during carriageway patching works.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 11.07.14 until 03.10.14 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken on 3 individual Sundays: 13.07.14, 20.07.14 and 27.07.14. The closure will be put into
effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
