NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (EAST LUTTON VILLAGE) ORDER 2014

NOTICE is hereby given that on 18 June 2014 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to:-
(1) Prohibit any motor vehicle from driving at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour along each length of road specified

in the table below; and
(2) Revoke in its entirety "North Yorkshire County Counci

(40 mph Speed Limit) (Main Street, East Lutton) Order 1995".

A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 30 June 2014, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton and at Malton Library, St. Michael Street, Malton, North Yorkshire YO17 7LJ during normal office hours from
25 June 2014 to 30 July 2014.
