(40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (BUTTERWICK VILLAGE) ORDER 2014

NOTICE is hereby given that on 18 June 2014 North Yorkshire County Councilmade an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle from driving at a speed exceeding 40 miles per hour on any length of road specified in the table below.

From a point 85 metres south west of the centre line of its junction with Butterwick Road, for a distance of 419 metres in a north easterly direction.

Butterwick Road
From its junction with the C356, Butterwick, for a distance of 67 metres in a south easterly direction.
3.
Butterwick to Fosters Wold Plantation
From its junction with the C356, Butterwick, for a distance of 355 metres in a north westerly direction.
A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 30 June 2014, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton and at Malton Library, St. Michael Street, Malton, North Yorkshire YO17 7LJ during normal office hours from 25 June 2014 to 30 July 2014.
