The Balloon Tree (Yorkshire) Limited The Balloon Tree Farm Shop & Cafe, Stamford Bridge, Road, Gate Helmsley, YO41 1NB. Application has been made on the 9th of June 2014 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows: 1. To increase the area for the sale of alcohol to include the cafe extension and the external eating/ seating area (see plan). 2. To reduce the hours for the sale of alcohol and the hours the premises are open to the public to 09.00 to 18.00 each day. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council Licensing Department Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7HH (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 7th of July 2014) It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
